Are unlisted real estates on real estate trading floors issued ownership certificate?
Purchasing homes, lands not through real estate official trading floor will not be granted and
issued certificate
Is only one certificate issued for land use right (red book) and house ownership?

assets attached to land that fully records all rights of land users and owners to these assets
since the setting up of the rights.
After issuing new form, are old certificated still valid?
According to the draft resolution of Resources & Inveronment Ministry submitted to Government, after
issuing the new form, old certificates are still valid and the Government shall guide State Banks to
accept all kinds of valid certificates for mortgage in order to push up production
